Terms of Service
Effective Date: July 16, 2026
Welcome to discovermore.place. By accessing our platform, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using the Service.
1. Description of Service & Account Registration
Discovermore.place provides a travel discovery environment modeled across a three-step journey: (1) Find a Place, (2) Make a Plan, and (3) Explore. While preliminary discovery is open, accessing Step 3 (comprehensive trip breakdowns, AI financial estimations, and official entry requirement documents) requires account registration.
To register, you must authenticate using a valid Google Account or verify your identity via a system-generated One-Time Password (OTP) sent to a valid email address. You agree to provide accurate registration data and are entirely responsible for restricting unauthorized access to your authenticated session.
2. Crucial Disclaimers Regarding AI-Generated Content
Our platform uses deep-learning language models and automated data parsers to deliver simulated local knowledge, dynamic top 10 rankings, itemized trip cost calculations, and sovereign border entry files. You explicitly acknowledge and agree to the following conditions:
- No Warranty of Accuracy: All recommendations, rankings, and local tips are generated by an automated algorithm simulating human responses. They are probabilistic estimations and may contain mathematical errors, factual hallucination anomalies, out-of-date parameters, or outright mistakes.
- Financial Disclaimers: Financial calculations (including calculations adjusted for total passenger configurations) are synthetic baseline approximations. They do not constitute formal financial counseling or real-world binding price quotes. Volatile market adjustments, localized tax structural swings, and seasonal fluctuations mean actual trip costs will vary. We strongly advise all users to travel with supplemental contingency funding.
- Legal Entry & Document Disclaimers: Border control rules, visa protocols, required forms, and regulatory processing fees displayed on the Service are extracted automatically from digital indices. You bear sole responsibility for verifying compliance with foreign destination policies directly via official consular networks prior to booking travel.
3. Third-Party Payment Systems and Liability Release
Discovermore.place handles zero consumer financial transactions on its own servers. Where applications involve mandatory entrance permits, state fees, or booking transactions, the platform displays standard destination hyperlinks pointing to third-party portals.
We hold no authority, oversight, or regulatory control over external destination platforms. Any financial disputes, billing errors, payment failures, security data breaches, or losses incurred while executing external payments are exclusively between you and the third-party merchant. We explicitly disclaim all liability stemming from third-party payment handoffs.
4. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account access at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we detect fraudulent behavior, system manipulation, or a violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via your user dashboard settings.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable consumer law, Discovermore.place, its founders, contractors, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your reliance on our AI recommendations, map routes, travel cost calculations, document registries, account access interruptions, or temporary service outages. Your reliance on all platform-generated metrics is entirely at your own risk.
